I felt like it was less than 4 pounds delivered to me.

I have been purchasing the wheat straw for several years now for my feral cats, and I have loved it, Price and quality!! Last year when I purchased it, I was very disappointed. I told someone that it was not the same straw. She kept telling me it was I sent pictures showing her how different it looked. It was flimsy and it wasn’t together like those in past years it was just very different. I was very disappointed and was not going to buy from you again, but the cold weather came up quickly and I didn’t know where else to get it for my feral cats so I purchased another. this one was perfect and looked and felt just like in all the previous years I have ordered it. I will continue to purchase the straw for my cats because this one I was very satisfied with. Very disappointed with whomever I emailed with the last time she acted like sorry it’s the same straw and that was the end of that! Just thought I would mention that!! This is my first purchase, but I'm very pleased so far . I take care of several ferral cats and the straw will help keep them cozy and warm this winter. Previously I purchased straw at a local pet store , what a rip off . This is a much better deal, and the quality is far superior.
